My wife, now retired, was a realtor for many years so we were aware of what a realtor goes through in a transaction such as ours especially as we listed at the highest price for a unit in our complex. The reason for selling was we had a two story unit with bedrooms upstairs but at our age, wanted to find a single level home. Showings was done on an appointment basis only and we had a couple of offers that Margaret advised us not to accept. She was confident we could get close to what we wanted. She was right.
